Lone Star Cyclists supports outdoor exercise due to its ability to boost the participant's immune system and improve overall health. To follow the CDC, federal, and local government guidelines to minimize exposure to potentially infected individuals, we now remind everyone to observe the following precautions:
1) Stay home if you are sick or feeling unwell, especially if you have severe underlying medical conditions such as heart or lung disease or diabetes.
2) Maintain social distancing of 6' or more.
3) Avoid touching your face. Wash your hands at every opportunity.
4) GROUP ACTIVITIES (either indoors or outdoors) are now PROHIBITED unless all the participants are members of the same household.
